Ah Chee did the Monday press conference.
He's playing on Thursday. Said he tested his hamstring in the sanfl game. Will come in for Cumming, with Nankervis likely to go back.

Tex wanted to play on the weekend, so expect he will come in. Perhaps for ANB, as would give his knee 2 weeks off to recover.

Thilthorpe just running laps, so we would be silly to risk him, when he can have anothrr 2 weeks off with the bye as we need him right to head up the ladder.

One of Hawks weakness is their defensive groundball gets - so if our forwards don’t mark it they need to pressure their defenders - it was one of their significant weaknesses which Melbourne exploited greatly. Especially so with Barrass misding thru injury.

Rankine and Rachele should have a field day if done correctly.

Hawks likely to have 4 handy ins... Gunston, Choi, Nash & Scrimshaw (last one little doubtful).

So a stronger side, something like...

B: Hardwick, Battle, Scrimshaw
HB: Amon, Sicily, Impy
C: Weddle, McKenzie, Ambrosia
HF: Moore, Lewis, Ginnivan
F: Choi, Gunston, Watson
R: Reeves, Nash, Newcombe
I: Ryan, Ward, MacDonald, Morrison, Meek

Nash will go to Dawson. Should we give Peatling the role on Newcombe?

Max to Watson. Think we need Muzz back to help combat their talls.

The weather there this week actually looks reasonable, wasn't it -3 with wind or something last year?

Humidity forecast to be in the 80s during the game. Not ideal.

At least both teams have the same five day break, both will be travelling and both coming off a home game.

8 degrees and humid? That's a new one

If we play Murray, Borlase and Butts we lose.
I hope you dont mean that.
