Meh - I know plenty of self proclaimed "itk posters" who still refer to the numbers in SC.Using super coach as a indicator is certainly the way to go![]()
It's an indicator. All stats are a model or indicator of performance right?Using super coach as a indicator is certainly the way to go![]()
Nope. I was just questioning where the 3rd ranked player came from
I was at the game and I based my judgement on what I saw.

Ranked #1 at putting teammates under pressure and his ability to dispose of the footy like it's a hot potatoe is right up there with the best..
Not a total indicator as it does not include several other stats. It's an indicator. All stats are a model or indicator of performance right?
The problem with picking a particular model as the "right" or "best" one, is when you ignore results the model provides that don't suit your argument(s)
The disconnect with McGrath is that people can "see" the actual turnovers and horrendous disposal. This is countered with "he is the 3rd rated player on the ground" from a particular model. Those 2 groups of people are never going to see eye to eye
With McGrath - Yes Yes it isIs that a stat or are you being facetious?
a statYou can throw as many stats as you like...this guy has no composure or poise.
i really hate the idea that he's going to end up in midfield again. he is an absolute liability in physical tight contested situations. mcgrath has enough strengths that surely there's a role for him on the field without having to go back to the well of playing him on ball which failed so dismally last time. You can throw as many stats as you like...this guy has no composure or poise.

Took my loss-rage out on Andy early in the season. Moving up the ground later in the season gave a reason to keep him for now. We do need experienced seniors. Can't trade or delist everyone.
This stat is a positive for him. I'll withold my want to be rid of him for now.
