Currently, with Sheezel a bit out of sorts, he’s the best kick and decision maker in our side. Good game from him

Aside from a couple of bad decisions in the 2nd half he played well. When on the left he is deft

His positioning the last month has been fantastic. He puts himself in the right position to receive almost every time. Kudos to him after a rough start with us. Now it's just about being able to do more than be an outside type player, I've seen him hold off on a hardball or tackle when he's the only player near it because you can tell in his head he's been told that's not his role. I hope he's able to develop beyond that. I've been very impressed with his year

I apologise officially to Stephens.

He has qualities:

• really good kick
• great fitness
• great on the spread, finds a way to be an open option so much.

He’s a pretty soft player but if he just gets really good at his specific role, I don’t care.

Didn’t have it on my bingo card this season but he’s in very solid form.

Exactly right. Can't have too many softish running players but by the same token he has taken Scott's role and doing it much, much cleaner. Made some great kicks today and I'd have him close to our best after a solid month of football.

It’s why he went top 5 coupled with his speed and endurance
