In equally important news, I totally won my Brownlow draft.

Managed to snare Swan and Boyd with my first (very late in the draft) two picks and never looked back.

Also, glad that Swan won one. Looking forward to next year when the umpires give Murphy the 2's and 3's instead of the 1's.

I thought Judd would lose votes to team mates this year and I also thought that all the fuss last year when he was deemed an "umpires pet" would count against him too. And I think it certainly did, whereas Swan was definitely hard done by last year and I think the umps corrected that.

A dodgy system all round.

Thought Murph was harder done by than Judd but a good effort from all our boys, especially Robbo getting a couple of BOGs.

If you look at the chosen AA backline, and total their votes, I bet that the total doesnt equal swans votes this year...

You guys have been v balanced in this thread

Lot of Collingwood posters went off stupidly last year. Virtually never a year when only one player is a worthy winner. Nature of all individual awards in footy is a number of players will have legitimate claims

Judd and Ablett are still 2 best midfielders going around but after 4 seasons like he has had Swan has closed the gap to a small one and is clearly ahead of the rest of the field

Thought Murphy was most hard done by last night. Backed him each way about an hour before the count because thought his odds of 15:1 were well overs. Not so many 1 votes and it would have paid off

Swings and roundabouts. Got Pendles each way at 50's last year so was a great pay out EW (paid top 5 a place)

True that she's stunning..however Scott Pendlebury take a bow son!! A big bow in fact roll the hands forward and hold it there for eternity...my god his missus is one of the most physically attractive girls i've had the pleasure of laying eyes on, natural beauty, she's sexy, cute, great smile, body rolled into one...11/10 imo...

Nothing better though than turning a Colingwood supporter. It took about 5 years of marriage to turn my wife but now her hatred of all things black and white exceeds mine.
