Pretty happy with the tactic of loading up on mids.

Am thinking that Pets will be the small forward we need.. Aiden Riley and Wingnut as well.

Slightly dissapointed missing Forster, but obviously Kerridge is better talent.

Its just that certain people can be nothing but partisan and negative.

Reality is we have no clue if they will be good or not but for god's sake we should support them wholeheartedly as they are kids who are in our club now.

Personally think Grigg could be a very good pick. I feel he has been harshly judged for a couple of shockers with Norwood. Best kick in 5 years? Love that even if an exaggeration.

Drummond just because picked up weren't to your liking doesn't mean they're bad decisions. If anything the picks you've been stoked with in the past (Pfieffer, Meesen, Campbell) means these guys who you don't rate are going to be gems.

Kerridge moved away from his family and friends in Mildura to Bendigo as a 16-year-old to further his football development with the Pioneers in the TAC Cup.

Mildura wont give much of a "homesickness" seeing how far away it is from Melbourne

Interesting that Kerridge is an inside Mid who left homw early and played well in struggling side. Could be the next Roo I reckon. Stoked, welcome to the club!!!

From the way I look at it, we "targeted" big bodied midfielders in Kerridge (188,86) and Grigg (182,82), a really athletic talent in CEY and the mystery pick in Joyce. Dissapointed we passed on Murdoch, but I'm excited about the options in the rookie draft.

Really interesting who we get with Pick 5 in the Rookie Draft. Frost would have to be a huge chance if he is still there. Manson is the real strage one. Massive talent, I can't see him being picked in the rookie draft now. Clubs must be too scared.
