This is devestating.

This has been a freaking amazing match, one of the best sets in a long time.

And now this happens. Rafa is in serious strife here.

PS. Minor gripe, but how was Carlos Ramos giving Rafa a time violation after he took maybe 25 secs, meanwhile Delpo clearly took 35 seconds and nothing. Be consistent.

Let's hope his ankle is ok, because it would be a tragedy if Wimbledon didn't get the champion it deserves this year.


That inside out forehand to the deuce court has been unbelievable this year, contrasts with how he plays on the clay when he keeps cracking his forehand to the ad court.

And the way he takes those high lobs, he never bottles it, even when he's backpeddling, most of the time he takes it on, no messing about and nails it and occasionaly when it's right he lets it bounce and just knows where the other bloke is.

Sensational.

Federer would have lost that match, no doubts about it.

Also you could do a lot worse right now than to have a decent punt on Del Potro for the US, his price must still be inviting but he looks set to gatecrash that top 4 before too much longer.

His serve is seriously strong and his flat groundstrokes will be beyond almost everyone come the hardcourts.

Even youzhny took a set from Mugerer.Nadal would have beaten him in straight sets today. He outhit delpo in the winners column while having less unforced errors.

The bloke is indeed a beast, i really hope his ankle is ok,cause he deserves the title.I just want him to face federer, so that federer is put back in his place and Nadal becomes the GOAT.It would indeed be a tragedy if wimbledon doesnt get a worthy winner this year.
