Griffin is a great choice now for No1 Ruck at that price.

Just swapped him for Jacobs as i think they will score the same and freed up some cash for other areas.

Thinking of going pretty unique this year - none of the premiums (bar Cox) inspire me at the moment.

Griffin (should have a good run while Sandi is out), Bellchambers (has to be no 1 ruck for the bombers), Currie & Rowe.

Then Cox in the forwards as cover.

Am I crazy?

I'm similar. Very keen on Bellchambers as R2. Same R3 and R4 but currently Goldy R1. However, Griffin is tempting given the Sandi situation.

I went from Maric (a bit over priced IMO) and Leuenburger (just can't trust him now) to Griffin and Kruezer too without really affecting any other areas of my team.

Have been pretty keen on Bellchambers too though and tempted to grab him instead of Kruezer. I reckon Ding Dong is in for a great season being number 1 ruck at the Bombers.

I'm think of going:
Rucks: Cox, Goldstein (Currie, Daw)

Fwds: Roughead, Ryder.

Can anyone see how this setup would not give me a hell of a lot of ruck security?

I assume 1 of Golstein, Currie or Daw minimum must play every week... North don't have any other serious ruck contenders?

Then I've got Cox, Roughead and Ryder who cover the other ruck spot (other two playing fwd - all 3 are good scoring premiums for forwards anyway).

Thinking of going with Maric + Griffin, Kreuzer + Griffin or even Mumford + Griffin... Hmm Sandi's situation is making Griffin relatively appealing and it doesn't seem like he'll be able to get back onto the park for consistent game time :/ May get rested every now and then too. Such a shame though.

What's the go with Port's Rucks. Lobbe, Redden & Renouf all played around 10 games last year and are 330-370k each. Is one going to be able to hold the number one spot this year?

Lycett has been named on the ground, I think he will play every game until NN gets back so probably looking at 4-6 weeks. Makes things interesting!

He's a ruckman, but West Coast have only ever played him as a forward to this stage, so he's forward only in Supercoach.

Ive set my rucks as

Maric - Blicavs with Rowe & Currie on the bench.

Due to the lack of Rookies in the forward line I have Cox and Roughhead both in my forward line if one of my ruck rookies fail to play I can easily swap Roughhead or Cox with with Rowe and use one of my forward rookies on the field.

If I can talk myself into it, ill downgrade Ablett and bring in Cox. Big If though..
