Not sure, but if Freo can't see him in best 22 (which I doubt) then they are better off getting something or him now.

Bennell, Weller and Langdon come in for de Boer, Suban and Mzungu - maybe also D Pearce if he doesn't watch it. Blakely ready for tough inside work in our best 22 in 2017.

I was on D Pearce's side at the end of 2013 because I didn't think anyone could take over his spot. That is no longer the case. I think these players could do a better job than Pearce as an outside mid.

My observations, but I definitely think Weller has more growth and will be the better player in the long term.

Yeah but that's like saying Nic Nat is better than Sandilands or Priddis is better than Josh Kennedy or Jack Riewoldt is better than Taylor Walker because the former made the AA team and the other didn't.

I don't think there is anything separating Langdon, Weller or even Grey at this stage until proven at AFL level.

They play different positions. But I do agree, they would be first on my hitlist.

Danyle Pearce's role is to get the ball up thr field and inside 50. The players I listed would all do a better job IMO
