Nisbett has come out and said we are not interested in Bennell.
Just hope that Nisbetts failures to control past playing groups isn't responsible for us overlooking a genuine opportunity to add an A grader or to at least make the Dockers offer up their first.
Funny stuff
I take it you were having a laugh and aren't serious about this
Nope, he's Jack Darling V2.0Thanks Champs.
Been a reader for a long time, but thought I would try and teach you something lol.
So now do you think we need McCarthy?
Nope, he's Jack Darling V2.0
Just move McGovern forward.
For what he would cost us, no. If we are going to make a big trade is absolutely HAS to be for a decent midfielder.Absolutely McGovern is the answer at present however I wonder if the club is considering a Key forward to bolster the list.
Is a Jack Darling V 2.0 better than a Jack Darling though God?
I wish we could just clone McGovern.
We should be all over Bennell, Nisbetts inadequacies aside.Oh god here we go again, the "Newman is exactly the sort of small forward/crumber we need...." despite the fact that isn't is role.
Re Bennell - We just played in a grand final like half an hour ago and our flag window has been well and truly thrown open. He's definitely worth the risk now considering what position we're in as a club and the success he could possibly bring. So what if Richmond said no? Maybe they asked him how he'd deal with choking and getting punted out of the finals in week 1 and he replied "Not very well at all..." so he wasn't the right fit?
Grow a pair Nisbett.
Do we have any young crumbing forwards on our list? They keep trying to push Karparny that way but he's more of a midfielder.Oh god here we go again, the "Newman is exactly the sort of small forward/crumber we need...." despite the fact that isn't is role. He kicked 2 goals from his last 8 WAFL games, if you think that qualifies as a crumber in our team we should just boot Lecras or Cripps out right now.

I don't get it, why trade for something we likely don't need? What would you trade for McCarthy?Bennell is the obvious one but if we cant land a quality mid then hopefully we land a quality something...
Even forwards who are smarter/quicker to the ball drop would help slightly offset our sometimes wayward I50 delivery.
Would Redden be our first non-WA player traded in to us ? (Certainly the first in ages )
Was a free agent.Xavier Ellis
