Ainsworth, McGrath or Venables for me with our first pick.Having looked at Twomey's new phantom guide I feel like I want Ainsworth or McGrath, I reckon they both just look like they'll make it.

I see you there Blue and Silver, i see what youre tryna doAny thoughts about Tim English.
I am all board the midfielder train but English looks like a really good around the ground ruck prospect

He uses the ball better than most of the mids.Youre joking about taking a Ruckman with our first pick right? Surely?
If I've learnt anything about the draft over the years its that you shouldn't take a ruckman in the first round, you can generally pick one up on the cheap after a few years.Any thoughts about Tim English.

English allegedly botched his draft application last year, so is a year older and more mature than otherwise.Should never take a ruck that high in the draft order.
McLuggage and Brodie will be gone by our pick, for sure. Not sure what'll happen next but SOS'll have to pick one of SPS, Ainsworth, McGrath, Venables, Marshall or maybe even Scrimshaw IMO unless we get a late bolter. Frankly I'd be happy with any of them and I'd be thrilled if McLuggage or Brodie slide to us by some miracle.

Seems clubs agree with you, as he's not received an invite for the national combine. Looking more likely to be rookied now, if anything.Like the look of Hish. Not convinced with his Tank though.
Venables for me looks the goodsAinsworth, McGrath or Venables for me with our first pick.
If he is still there I could also see SOS taking Marshall.
If only we had 4 picks in top 20 again like in the good old days of 2015![]()
He the young fella nailed a goal after the bell to win a game for - what, probably the Ants?I raised this on the D&T board but may as well mention it here as well.
Ex-Carlton rookie Luke Reynolds looks to be putting together a pretty good year at SANFL level, having kicked 35 goals in 14 games to date.
I wonder if he's on the radar of AFL clubs heading into next season...and I wonder if we'd consider giving him a second crack.
Good list TW. Only huge difference I have is I'd swap Taranto with Rotham. Reckon Rotham is underrated and has a lot of attributes that will serve him well at AFL level.I have a Top 25 list that i update every once in a while. My first was pre Champs on June 1st, then post Champs June 29th, then updated again last week on July 29th. For shits n giggles, and readers mild interset, here it is:
1. McCluggage
2. Petrevski-Seton
3. Brodie
4. Venables
5. Ainsworth
6. Bowes
7. Perryman
8. Setterfield
9. English
10. McGrath
11. Scrimshaw
12. Taranto
13. Marshall
14. Sympkin
15. Scheer
16. Logue
17. Macreadie
18. Berry
19. Battle
20. Powell-Pepper
21. Rotham
22. Kerr
23. Scharenburg
24. Sproule
25. Allison
I see us having Pick 6 and missing on McCluggage, Brodie and SPS and probably getting one of Ainsworth, Venables, McGrath or maybe Scrimshaw or Taranto by years end if they smash the TAC finals.

Thoughts on Clarke and Bolton?
That's Pick 1.
