2 weeks to go until we know our actual list and draft picks.
Then we can all get cracking on putting forward our 2c.
Gotta feeling that picks will be flying everywhere these next 2 weeks.
#1 for the 2016 crop.Just saw a few 20m sprint times on Twitter

Jimmae really interested to know if/how Simpkin is testing. Can you help? (Don't do Twitter and such like)Florent with 15.2 in the medium forwards group.

Griffin Logue with 15.2 in the tall defenders.
Nothing on Twitter.
Logue is going to be a powerful , imposing figure after 2 or 3 AFL pre-seasons. And can really play. Makes quick decisions and gets the ball moving quickly with smart, acurate left foot and hand.
Draft range ?
My Ratings for Logue on:
July 29 - #15
Aug 18 - #16
Sep 02 - #14
Oct 06 - #13
I am a fan. But we have Weitering, Plowman and Marchbank so not sure he'll be for us. Unless he can play midfield or utility. That would be an interesting player to have. 194cm beast who runs a 15.2 before an AFL pre-season.
A 1st and a 2nd for Gibbs
A pick for Tuohy
Our existing 2nd
Weitering possibly forward
Anything is possible ...
Um, having one too many this weekend mate?Need another quality midfielder. Half a dozen decent forwards, built around a key position forward.
We need to trade Casboult for a first round draft pick or another player.
Still not sure if bringing in the youth is the right option. In maybe 4 or 5 years the core group of draft picks (Wietering, Cripps, Silvangi, Boakhurst, McKay)might have grown into decent players, but that's still a lot of years down the drain (and traditionally Carlton fans aren't very patient). We don't know if these young kids are going to be quality stars, I wonder if this was yet another mistake when we could of been trading older players for quality stars. At least we would have some talent in the foreseeable future.
