Far out Geelong have a ridiculously soft draw, unbelievable. Fair play to still win by 120 points, but their only major challenge in the next month is us.

Can't believe Port are potentially on the same wins as us if results fall that way next week.

I can't believe Richmond extended Hardwick's contract before a ball had even been bounced. This is his 7th year, he's never won a final in that time and now they're staring at bottom 4 and a potential rebuild.

What an absolute disaster :D

A big reason why I refuse to place them as premiership contenders at this point. Their cushy draw doesn't showcase much else other than the Geelong fan's tendency for head to grow rapidly after a few wins (see main board), but if they beat us well at AO then I'll definitely sit up and take notice.

I feel for Richmond supporters

They are really hurting on their board. They know that they are facing another five year rebuild, but it has to be cultural not just team

Every supporter needs hope but I think there's is a long way off in the distance:cool:

Both the cats & power have easy draws.

Still need to play well to make the finals.

Trying to think who they're missing other than Rance ?? Lambert in the first quarter; Vlaustin, Grimes....... thats it

They should question why they have traded in so many average players.

No wonder their skill level is ordinary meaning they can't win a final.

Need a rebuild.

Actually they are questioning it. Overrated their few stars and thought they could go the top up route. Even those players haven't worked out eg Chris Knights. And now players like Maric are nearly cooked

Rebuild to rival Carlton's. Hope they can get someone as focussed as Bolton seems to be to oversee it. They're suggesting Matty Knights (Geelong midfield coach atm) but ??

The same Knights that formerly coached Essendon?

I said it earlier but I'll say it again because it bears repeating.

Port have lost to GWS, Geelong and us.

Hawks have also lost to GWS and Geelong and should have lost to us.

One is a team that is a laughing stock. The other is still favorite to win the flag.

Ignoring the nature of the losses, Port's W-L isn't that bad

Hawks are faves on reputation only. Shouldn't have beaten the Dogs or the Saints either, they're not traveling as good as the Vic media would have us believe.

Sydney are the team to beat IMO, have more depth than anyone.

I have North clear favorites with Hawks 2nd followed by Geelong and GWS.

Despite 2 losses, Hawks have also beaten some contenders.

They along with us have had the toughest draw. Worst team they've beaten was St Kilda. Then it's us, Dogs, Eagles. Thats a good collection of wins.

Sydney behind with us a drop under. Bulldogs are further down still. If we can beat them, I'll rate us up there back above Swans.

I have Swans as favourites right now. Had a cracking game with us and have had comfortable victories over the Eagles and the Giants. Even though I think Hawks will be thereabouts again, they need to improve because they're lucky not to be 1-5.
