Your claim that they are "directly responsible" implies that it was their specific advocacy that saw him return. You have absolutely no way of knowing if this is true or not, much less that it is "indisputable".

MarcusP2's answer is the correct one. Of course, that's making the (almost certainly false) assumption that births are equally likely on every day of the year. (Nine months after New Years Eve probably sees a higher birth rate than other times, etc)

Edit: Also, he should have stopped at 343/365 rather than 342/365 (since you only need 22 terms because the first person is a "freebie", so to speak) but he is right nonetheless
