I’d take Bolton over McGrath as his ceiling is much higher, the floor is lower though.

McGrath's baseline has been pretty consistent throughout his career. Does the defensive stuff, wins the ball often enough, and since he moved to wing and midfield rarely drops below 20 touches. Shai on the other hand, you only need to look 12 months ago to an example of him playing 80%+ TOG and only getting 7 disposals, 0 goals and 0 goal assists. When comparing floors, that's what you look at. On what metric would you say Bolton's floor is higher than McGrath's?
