From what I hear he is of great character and has a great work ethic, I hope he turns out well and I end up looking silly but i'm just not sure he is going to be the player that people are expecting him to be

Sounds like Mitchell without the side step, the both feet pin point passes and the bullet handballs. Apart from that a good get....

Considering that we like blokes who can kick, Worpel is the last guy that I could see us drafting - he is a hard working mid who wins plenty of contested footy but his ball use (particularly by foot) is dreadful.

Worpel is a great pick. He should play at least 10 games next season. Tom Mitchell needs help more than any other midfielder in the league and Worpel is that player. Who cares if he can’t kick. Neither can tom Mitchell. As long as he can get the ball and tackle hard that’s the key.
