I think it just means that you forgoe the priority 2 and are put in priority 3..

You can down a grade or 2 but not up.

I believe I read something that the Friday night winners are processed on Saturday and the Saturday winners are processed on Sunday.

So while we are advised that notification of successful ballot entry will be made on Monday - via both email notification and you can log in to see the winning barcodes/names (not sure how they list it), you can actually check over the weekend to see if there has been a debit from your account, pending success tomorrow night

The debit from the bank often depends who you bank with when it comes out.
