Looking at the replay, it was the right call. He almost started walking as the last second ticked down, so could have potentially gone either way.

Not sure why any of us should be gloating. Port went a hell of a lot closer to beating the Cats than we have in just about ever.

Both sides tonight would have killed us on the basis of our past 3 weeks.

We need to seriously step up or we will get embarrassed (and we still need to get past Freo...)

Umpires blatantly cheating constantly for whatever agenda the AFL wants to push.

Join the club mate. I didnt even bother watching tonight. I only watch crows games now and even then i strugle to get through them without loosing my shit. So dofferent from the game i grew up with

They review every goal regardless of whether the umpire called it. Plus Port didn't appeal for touched. Can't blame the umpires for that one.

You are wrong, the ump had called play on (you can hear the ump say play on) before he moved, yes he took one or two steps but bythat stage it was too late.

I just rewound and watched it again the cats players were all over it ready - they were watching the clock.

Dixon took 17 seconds just to stand up, the scoreboard is right there in view he should have known. However he did get the ball out cleanly to Polec who butchered the kick.

You get a warning before the play on is called. He moved as soon as that warning came.
