Great gets cotter, Jezz McClennan, Connor McFadyen, Tom Berry and Hudson Garoni, of the players available at your selections I think your picks were spot on.

I don't know much about Garoni other than he's a key forward and IIRC you have mentioned being a fan of him throughout the year. Did you consider a mature age player instead of Garoni eg. Marlion Pickett, Nick Hind, Michael Gibbons.

Plenty of 19 YO get drafted, and now even mature agers. Some mature at different rates, not getting drafted can sometimes be a kick in the butt they need. Tim Kelly a perfect example, but 19YO from my own club, Tom Langdon and Tom Phillips have become very productive players.

I’ll be surprised if he’s there past 30 IMO, but with so many options it comes down to club preference.

I'll make the assumption that Brody Mihocek will be promoted to the senior list leaving me with a full senior list and two rookie choices for the upcoming rookie draft as Collingwood have six senior list players moving on and only the two coming in during the trade period.

Given this, my remaining picks can be for the purposes of this draft be considered passes.

Yeah you're probably right. I seem to remember the words "state league players" so that's probably how they got around players like Foley being available.

Lachlan Sholl. 185 cm 77 kg . HBF / Utility . Calder Cannons.

Sholl is a player that has no elite qualities but was he does have is a high football IQ.
Has been played primarily on a HBF but I see him having some more positional scope as he develops physically and progresses his game further.
He is one of the better, genuine dual sided players in this cohort, both by hand and foot.
Reads the play well and makes good decisions under pressure.

Will be a great link man and distributor of the ball as he either moves the ball into the forward line or switches the play.

He is a footballers footballer first and foremost and is very poised in the heat of battle.
Combines both inside and outside play but is at his most damaging when he is on the fly distributing the ball to others further up the ground.

Was wanting to take a HBF at some stage in the draft and this is an opportune time to draft a thinking mans footballer at the latter end of the draft.
As I said earlier I think he will , in time offer some positional versatility to the team that drafts him.

He is the son of Brett Scholl who played at Carlton after having initially been recruited by North Melbourne.

Tucked away playing APS Football for Caulfield Grammar, looked like Oakleigh's best draft age prospect on return to the TAC Cup. Dominant contested ball winner who uses it beautifully by hand and foot and makes great decisions with the football. Physically ready and one of this draft's underappreciated midfielders.

#52 Collingwood - Mitch Podhajski
Terrific in the TAC Cup both as a ball winning midfielder and as a goal scoring threat forward of centre. Held his own in the VFL. An ideal modern midfielder at 191cm with his contested ball winning and tackling capabilities among the best in the pool while being as dangerous of a mark and goalkicker as any of this year's midfielders.

Both are top 30 in my extended power rankings and best available choices.

Only reason I picked King was for realism. I agree, I think anything with outside pace would be perfect for you. It's why I picked up Hamill and Turner - both good users with class and pace. Hamill often off half-back but is originally a midfielder, Turner is a winger.

The rule as initially worded simply said the players had to have previously nominated or been eligible for a draft, or previously on an AFL list. They then had to scramble an amendment to rule out anyone in an academy or who played at the U18 National Champs this year - e.g. Foley. Overagers who didn't play Champs were fair game though.
