I see 9 at Kardinia.

Hawthorn is Easter Monday home so it has to be there.

AFL have a new toy and they wont want the yellow and black toy to have to play away from the G.

We will play Collingwood and Essendon as away only, and I think Carlton at KP.

Yep I thought Carlton as well. They are going to be better this year so would expect the same childish churlish crap as we got from the Tigers this year. Also expect the Saints as well.

That's how I see it. Maybe our home game v Richmond will be at the G, and their home game will be at Etihad? Or vice versa, will be interesting to see how it plays out on Tuesday.

We have Melbourne at MCG on Sunday for R1. As for your other question not sure but Carlton are finally coming down the highway... finally.

Fixture comes out Oct 31st probably around 10am. 1st Round fixture is out right now although no officially confirmed.

Has us playing 3.20pm Sunday v Melbourne @MCG.

I really thought we'd be given the chance to welcome back Ablett with a first round game at Kardinia Park - even with the Saturday night time-slot as the interest would massive and a ratings bonanza.

But no, the AFL continue to loath us getting a start at home.

Only 3 times we've been given the chance to do so in the past 20 years - 15% of the time.

Shocking discrimination.

We tend to get the last game at home, which is almost an automatic 4 points so I'm happy with that.

As a Melbourne based fan I disagree about Friday night at the G. Geelong should be asking for as many Saturday 2.10 games at kp (11) as possible. Any Melbourne game should be Saturday night to allow for maximum attendance possible
