Bolton last night. 3 kicks, 3 handballs, 2 marks, 3 frees against. 20 SC points. A spud last season and still one now. Somehow Higgins can't get a game before this guy. A method to the madness I guess, but it escapes me.

Far from a spud. Turns out small forwards struggle to impact games consistently when they first start playing.
Not really smart to pick him for supercoach. Hes infront of Higgins because he played very well in the JLT and has a year on him.

Aiming for a top 2k finish, last couple years have been shocking. Going to overseas for a few months mid season though, so I won't be watching any footy and things like late outs will destroy me. But yeah, giving it a crack

Venables best JS out of the 3 apparently. Waterman should play until JJK returns (Rd 6 at the earliest)

Redpath is suspended for R1. Gowers is more likely to make way when he returns.

I didn’t pick Murphy last night and still have Lachy Keefe as my last defender. I already have Naughton, Doedee, Finlayson, is O’Connor a good option or will he just get dropped next week?

O'Connor is just about your only other reasonable priced player who is playing, so if I were you I would take him as an option. As everyone says, you will always have a non-playing rookie come Round 4 or 5. Better having a playing option to corrective trade to rather than a bloke not playing who you know you have to swap!

Fogarty is the better bet

didnt play JLT2 due to a head knock. can play small fwd or midfield and you would think Gregson/Parsons are under the same amount of pressure as Fog.

Barry is first out for Gray IMO

Fogarty will probably be out for Cockatoo shortly. That said Gregson will need regular resting. But i dont like Fogarty's JS.
