dont think we will run with Frampton

Westy/Dix/Watts/Howard can all rotate through.
Dix/Watts was pretty dominant up front and Howard great down back which allowed Westhoff to do his thing.

A couple of week injury I'd understand a makeshift ruck lineup but surely if it's an extended period of time you'd give someone like Frampton a run to get some AFL miles into his legs and allow the 4 above to continue what they were doing?

yeah thats true.

we play Sydney this week, so probably wont bring Frampton. the other games, who knows tbh

Now the question is do I field Lycett or English. Really happy with how English played. He didn't get his score by having one massive quarter he just went about his business throughout the game which is always a good sign. He is basically another midfielder.

English was against an under-done and relatively new-to-the-role ruckman in Lobb.

I don't see him fairing better against NN and Lycett.

Although West Coast have a far poorer midfield than GWS, so might get a few more taps to advantage?
But overall I think he'll find the going a bit tougher.

Fields English
English scores 50
Lycett scores 100

I’d stick with Lycett.
I have neither tbh so I haven’t done my research

I might be off base cause I watched hungover as **** but it didn't seem like English was going one on one for the whole match against Lobb and more like he was tandem with Roughhead and spent a fair bit of time playing basically as a tall flanker up forward. You'd think he should get a chance to do that same role for a bit, pretty juicy for a guy that moves like he does at that height. I don't think he's gonna be getting tons but I want him, just don't know if I want to lose my C loophole to get him in. Cash gen first though, I guess.

I didn't see a lot of that match so your hungover state is probably a better indicator than mine.

I'm happy to have English, but would be surprised if he outscored Lycett...

Yeah probably not though if he actually kicks goals or sets them up you never know. I think he kicked one set shot out on the full and may have set some others up, not sure though. I'm expecting McGovern to be cleaning up the intercept marks against the Dog's forwards and NicNat to continue his form so yeah, if I had Lycett I wouldn't be trading him to English.

I wish Dougal were cheaper. Really like him.

He played vfl mate so i assume hes coming back from an injury in the pre season and they want to give him a game or 2 in the 2nds to get some match fitness.

Cheers mate.

Kinda worried that English is goneski as soon as Boyd is match fit.

Hmmm.

Not sure u guys need him as an almost mid.
Your other rucks are all part timers.
And there is so many of them.
At least watch for a week.

Reckon J Trengove is more at risk after his pathetic effort before English.

Kid hit the contests hard as. Trengove didn't get near it at all.

So can I please just get a straightforward, no risk, guaranteed success answer to who I should trade in for Ryder?

Nicnat? Stef? Goldy? Jacobs? Nank? Witts?

Got Gawn, can't afford Kreuz.

I'd also like this answer........haha.

I think perhaps a bit of Nank for his price or Jacobs. Have had Steff before and he burnt me, NicNat can see him being rested in the first 6 matches with soreness for sure and Goldy too old?

FOr me it will be out of Nank or Jacobs, possibly Wittsy.

Guarantee we won’t be playing Frampton.
It will 100% be Westhoff with Dixon, Howard and Wines providing backup.

adding something new to his forte?
I see what you did there.

Fortified Wines plays for Port.

I'll give you a 12 month warranty but you're free to buy a 5 year protection plan

Jacobs and Witts are probably the safest picks. Stef and Goldy the highest ceiling guys but have competition for spots that could ruin their scoring. Nicnat is cheap but a bloody risky pick. I have Ryder also and will be picking Jacobs or Witts.

Heres a throwback for possibly the worst ruckman ever, i present to you Steven Doyle. His last name sounds as dopy as he was a player.
