Beyond unlikely.

I think 9, 22 and a 2021 first-round pick swap,
For
4 and a fourth would be as close as possible to a deal with you guys. But again, won't happen.

The only clubs likely to get their hands on 4 are ESS or GWS

Ess 6 and 8 for 4 and 24
or
GWS 3x1st for 4 and 24

The deal would need to blow us away and I am being conservative here!

With the uncertainty of knowing which underage Vic players would have grown this year, a well managed club with the right talent identification team and processes in place would be perfectly placed to identify and select talent later in the draft.

At the stage we are, I would much prefer to take a risk on an untried kid that could become the next champion Hawk than on a known quantity that won't.

Let's be realistic. Averaged 7 disposals and half a tackle a game, kicked a single solitary goal the entire 4 games he played.

At 187cm, not really a small forward, not a walk up start in our best 22, hardly a better option than Morris.

I think you're so hellbent on any option being better than Hawthorn's current options that you lose sight of how ridiculous you're being - you're willing to give a second chance to a kid who broke state quarantine restrictions to see his girlfriend, whom he then assaulted not long later.

Sure - let's take that bloke on for the extra 1 disposal a game he gives us on top of Morris' output.

Yeah Perkins is that big bodied explosive mid that can go fwd and have an impact. I’d rather him over Phillips who I also rate but I’d rather the bloke that has the potential to break open games and win them off his own boot like Perkins and Holland’s have the ability of.

The fact you like the deal and nobody here does says it all. It’s a crap deal. Crows would have to give your 2021 first pick and pick 9 for 4 and 24 to get hawks talking

Taylor has X factor and ceiling that is in a completely different planet to Morris.

I know who our recruiters would have taken if Taylor was still available at the Morris selection, it's true about his attitude being questionable though that's the reason he slid to 36 so I'll pay that.
