Morris kicked one similar if I remember correctly..?It was a magnificent goal though

this is such a pointless argument because he isn't going to get picked up by us next season and in 2-3 years time when he's 'redeemed' himself Conor Nashwill be the premier small fwd in the game coming off consecutive 50 goal seasons so we won't need him anywayPLAYERCARDSTART11Conor Nash

Playing 4 games, averaging 7 disposals and 0.25 goals a game.....and 0.5 tackles per game!Yeah he would based on what he showed last season IMO. We are severely lacking in small forwards.

7 disposals and 0.5 tackles per game, and you're putting him in.He'd be in my forward 6
Taylor Lewis Bruest
Gunston TOB Wingard

Those are inferior to Morris's number and he at least averaged 1.5 tackles per game, which is vital for that role.
Hanrahan's numbers were better.
Moore's too!

You think this because they spoke to him pre-draft? So?Football isn't a simplistic numbers game like you seem to believe, players talents and ceilings are different, Taylor has more talent than Moore, Hanrahan and Morris.
If he puts it together because of attitude problems and other things is a separate argument though, but even our own coach and recruiting staff will tell you that he has more talent than those 3 players you mentioned.
smart to waitFYI - No more trades of picks can happen. Deadline has passed.
Only can now happen on draft night itself. Curious we didn't do much, but I assume we have some strategies on the night
Taylor has X factor and ceiling that is in a completely different planet to Morris.
I know who our recruiters would have taken if Taylor was still available at the Morris selection, it's true about his attitude being questionable though that's the reason he slid to 36 so I'll pay that.

Believe our recruiters had Elijah around the 20ish mark on draft night.
Sadly (for him) he is going to be wearing blue and white stripes and living in Hobart. If there wasn’t a lad called Jason Horne available next year I’d take that risk
Don’t you know how HodgeyRoad works?I think you're so hellbent on any option being better than Hawthorn's current options that you lose sight of how ridiculous you're being - you're willing to give a second chance to a kid who broke state quarantine restrictions to see his girlfriend, whom he then assaulted not long later.
Sure - let's take that bloke on for the extra 1 disposal a game he gives us on top of Morris' output.
"Talyor walking into our Best 22" is an all time low though.Don’t you know how HodgeyRoad works?
Every player in the Comp is better than anything Hawthorn have, it’s how he rolls.
Hell he would argue that Hurley from Essendank is a better KPB than C.Mew was and that Hawkins magnificent 40 goal Coleman medal 2020 winning season, makes Jason Dunstalls 145 goal season look second rate.
Don’t get him started on how much a genius of a coach C.Scott is and how much of a dud our 4 time Premiership coach is, in comparison.
I seriously have never seen a poster more upbeat about anything or anyone, other than us.
I sometimes suspect he is a Handbagger Troll.
I can’t wait until he tells us how good a player the Handbaggers pick 27 in this years draft will be, compared to the dud we picked at 4.
Don’t push him because it’s only a matter of time before he declares that the woman basher, makes Cyril Rioli look like a plodder."Talyor walking into our Best 22" is an all time low though.
You think this because they spoke to him pre-draft? So?
You're putting him into best 22 off the back of 4 rubbish games. That is absolute nonsense.

When you say absolute rubbish like he walks into our 22, it takes credibility from everything else you claimNah I think this because I know where we rated him pre draft from a very reliable source lol, so it's more like I know it rather than think.
