Did anyone hear Ditts talking about Kornes Friday morning? Kane said some shit about Ditts on his low rating SEN show, including a juicy story about Kornes winning a B&F that was rigged due to a contractual clause.
Ditts maintains the story is true to this day and said two board members told him as they were fuming about what the club did (he said this on air back in 2012 when it happened). Anyway, their CEO back then rang Ditts up straight away wondering where he got this story from and as soon as Ditts said the name, the CEO quickly went silent as he knew those two board members would be the ones who’d leak it if anyone was going to.

Kane needs to understand clubs manipulate things all the time to best suit themselves. Port were poor financially at the time so not a stretch about a fake award win.

Kane makes a good point (about time)
Roo can be of more help to the Crows by stepping off as a director and using his media profile to protect the club the same way Cornes does for Port, Wilson does for Richmond, Maclure does for Carlton etc.
They all get away with it because they aren’t involved with the clubs in an official capacity. I’d rather Roo step up and be an advocate for the club and defend it without the typica response “a board member shouldn’t be saying that whinge whinge whinge”
