Bruce just said before that he's an Adelaide supporter.

That's only the third time in close to 30 years that I've heard Bruce mention that he barracks for Adelaide.

This is probably his farewell commentary year, might as well just let it all out.

You could tell in the Geelong Prelim

He was pretty amped we got off to a quick start

Not sustainable in Finals you wouldn’t think

Considering Richmond won it in 2019 despite regularly getting mauled in the clearances (on average, they'd lose 5 more clearances then they won in 2019), it certainly looks like it holds up.

Even in 2017, they'd lose it more times then they won the clearances.

This board showed its true allegiance when Danger played the Power at AO for the first time, a few years back.

It was Patrick all the way.

If I had to chose between Evil and Hell which is what it will be like, I would take Patrick over the Power. All day, every day.

As much as I think Dangerfield is a flog, I'll take him winning a flag any day over the Power.

Got a point.

F**ke me. Glory be. I would deactivated my account over summer. The mindless trolling this board would endure is not funny.

Alberton will be like when you see Bogans with money if Port win the flag. :drunk:

Thanks I never knew that.

I never got around to rewatching that prelim.

For obvious reasons. :'(

I still rewatch every once in awhile when I need to feel better about my teams lol

The silver lining with Richmond winning is that it potentially sets up for Port V Geelong in week 1 of the finals.

Geelong have the wood massively over Port so that's a match the Port supporters will desperately be hoping doesn't happen

Massive flag ramifications tonight. Aside from the obvious, Tigers.

Eagles drop out of the top 4. Wont make it from here now.

Pies have a massive incentive to win their final home and away game, even if the top 8 is locked by game time, avoid a trip to Perth which is basically a doomsday scenario for a knockout final.
Don't think there will be any final played in WA in this asterisk season due to WA's quarantine rule, hence why both teams haven't been back there for weeks.

It gets better. Port lose to Cats, Eagles beat Pies.

WEEK 2 Finals. Port v Eagles AO

That path puts the Power on a collision course with the Eagles a chance to kick a goal after the siren in their 3rd consecutive match v Power at AO.

And to admit it this year as well!

So Brisbane are lock for top 2 finish which might give Carlton a chance to win the final game and still finish above GWS.

And if they lose to Collingwood in the last round, they play Richmond in the first week. It’s probably the worst two options for Port - Geelong or Richmond.

Im almost certain that Week 1 final will be played in Perth if the Eagles qualify.

We should be grateful that the Tigesr, Eagles, Cats and Lions are clearly a step ahead of the Power in 2020 at this stage.
