It just isn’t the same now we don’t have the first round draft pick swap with Carlton. I never missed a Carlton game last year and would be cheering every loss. Towards the end of the season it was the only interest I had left.
This year I don’t have any interest in Carlton games so this is very hard to watch.

If you ever get sick of watching them lose just think about their fans.

Hodgy is rating up there with the most boring commentators I've heard.

Hasn't learnt to put the fake hype into every little thing like all the commentators do. Without it he sounds like a robot next to the over the top style the others have.

I liked the one where they got out to about a 5 goal lead in the first quarter and lost the game by ~5 goals that was good for the lols.

I'm surprised they're not playing crowd noise over the speakers complete with roars whenever Richmond do anything.

If I see empty stands but hear crowd noises, the visual/auditory disjoint would make me nauseous ... oh wait, maybe it's just this game.

They don’t care, as long as they play games they meet the TV broadcasting agreement and can continue to pay the players.

Serious question..with port having one of the lower profit margins (article below said it was only in the 100 000's last year) and stadiums in all probability having crowd bans until end of september..could port 'celebrate' their 150th year by going bust?
