Under developed is a massive understatement.. im not sure he can compete with full bodies.. plus that beer incident is questionable..
i’ll be honest, I havent seen a lot since his tac cup Highlights, I dont know.. what I do know is Tom Murphy was unlucky to be delisted
What's his old man doing not showing him how to put on some muscle.

His old man was the same. Skinny as a rake for his first couple of seasons before he started to fill out.

I reckon there's some genetics at play.
In the nicest posible way, he looks like he hasn’t finished puberty yet.
I wouldn’t be surprised if he has a very different body shape when he hits 22 and becomes a mature aged recruit.
If he can keep at it that long.

You can lock a late bloomer in the gym for as long as you want in their teens and early twenties and they'll struggle to put muscle on.

I've competed a couple of times and despite training very hard from 17-21 it wasn't really until I hit 22-23 that I started to get the strength required to pack on muscle. Probably a testosterone hit at that stage plus central nervous system taking the brakes off a bit. Old man muscle is also a thing, dunno if it's bone density or what.

Our VFL team is locked in for 2021.

North Melbourne will retain its VFL and VFLW programs in 2021.

The VFL will form part of the new look VFL/East Coast competition, while the VFLW will be part of the existing VFLW competition.
North GM football Brady Rawlings said it came down to the clubs plan for future success.

“It’s been a very tough year for everyone, which includes our football community,” Rawlings told North Media.

“We were facing some very tough decisions due to the financial impacts of COVID-19 but we’re extremely pleased to be retaining our VFL and VFLW programs.

“We’ve made it very clear about our strategic direction for on-field success and having a second-tier competition ensures we can continue to develop our talent and build continuity.

“We’re pleased we can field both teams next year under the guidance of our coaching group.”
This is good news.

Has anyone else got a text from an unreliable mate about Cripps wanting out?

I remember some discussion on the main board that his partner was pressuring him to move west. I believe she has an anxiety disorder or something similar and that the COVID stuff has been pretty hard on her, and by extension them. Not sure as to the accuracy of it all, but it's a bit of a sad tale if true.

It's all pretty easy to find if you google it. She has OCD pretty severely and it's getting worse.

How good was your diet in those early days? Though likely not smashing enough proper calories.
I trained for 1 year and put on 4 kg not knowing what i was doing, then realised 300 grams of protein is the base that I needed to work with, next year I put on 12kg and then 20 more over 2 years.
He's frame isn't small another 8-10kg and he would be ok.

Anyway it's all a moot point now, he's no longer here.

Funnily enough
