I've heard about our interest in Billings earlier in the year but wasn't sure how we would get it done. Maybe this opens the pathway for it to happen.

Would be unusual for them to move Billing’s on when they’re finally moving into a bit of a window and he’s hitting his peak age.

He's contracted for 2021 but that won't stop a deal occurring. Only way I see it happening is if Brown or Polec head that way.

Think the point is Souup, it makes no sense for us to help Geelong and get him there for cheap. He’s worth more to us from a leadership perspective, then letting him walk for peanuts.

If they want him bad enough, they can pay up. If not, he stays.

Surely it's more about helping Higgo and doing the right thing by our player. That shouldn't mean we get bent over but I can't see them blowing up the deal because there is a late second on offer and we want one five places better.
