Yes but you throw in the reduction in salary cap, and the discretionary element that saw Frawley get pick 3 for Melbs, and that formula isn't worth a pinch of sh1t any more.

The Crows are stuffed. But they're a big club and the leage will be keen to see them have some good news and get back into the 8 ASAP.

I don't see why peeps would have trouble believing this.
It's what the AFL do, and have done many times. They love dodgy formulas that let them do whatever they want.

Frawley's contract in 2014 was $550k a year for 4 years - and prior to the last Channel 7 contract which saw the annual payment increase by 40% - so more than $750k per annum in todays money.

Add the fact that he was 25 (for the purposes of the calculation) makes Pick 3 understandable.

but to entertain the notion of it being the saints as a surprise (like really the saints? Wow!) - which is what Jarman was leading with. Is disrespectful in my opinion.

I’ve just had to repeat myself too many times.

Would be great if everyone could appreciate the time and effort put into making highlights for players of all clubs instead of trying to find a negative in everything- but hey, I get that you can’t please everyone and this is just the best that I can do given I’ve received copyright infringements in the past due to AFL’s audio detection.

I do brother, they are excellent and the AFL or clubs should be paying you. It's a massive effort and while we don't praise you we appreciate your fine work. If that knob Knightmare gets a paid gig you should too.
