Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
the cost has been agreed too though ... this is the point people are missing ... we put an offer to Brad and he accepted it as a free agent thats all we have to appease if the crows choose to match it the thats their right as the owning club of the restricted free agent .. its not on St Kilda to then upp the offer and run through a trade option for him we have given our offer its been accepted the rest is between Brad and the crows ...
its not like the Hill trade where we did all the wooing of Hill and got him to choose us but then we HAD to get the trade done therwise we look like amateurs .. Hill being contracted and not a FA meant the pressure was on us to get the deal done , with Crouch the pressure isnt on us to do the deal , we have done the deal the pressure is on the Crows to either let him go and take the compo or match and either try to trade or accept that they have him on the contract they never wanted to give him ...
St Kilda come out clean in this what ever way you look at it

Long term money deals are funny things, hell even Mitch McGovernHey guys, sorry for the intrusion, IMO
there is no way you’d offer Brad a long term big money deal, has never been a elite level player, also has had trouble staying on the park, then there’s the nose candy aspect, none of this equals a 5yr $750+ type deal, Crows should take the ban 2 compo and be happy they got that.
We played him small forward in his first year, he did well. Then we've tried to develop him as a midfielder, he has some skills there as well but personally I think given how good he is at finishing you play him forward. Rated second at our club for score involvements per time on ground I think. That's the plan, we've had dean kentstinking it up there all year... and he's kept his spot because he's the best of a bad bunch.PLAYERCARDSTART25Dean Kent

FYI, it's been reported we will match. That's the point of FA, the players who has been at the club for 8 years has done his service and is after maximum return for his last contract so the club gets compensation and the new clubs get compensation by not having to trade to offer him the money he is after otherwise he just stay at the club if they match. That's the point of FA.After the Crows take their medicine & get band 2 compensation I feel like their supporters are gonna go out Michael Hutchence style.
Congratulations on re-signing Brad Crouch! If that’s not the perfect way to start a rebuild I don’t know what is.PLAYERCARDSTART5Brad Crouch

You owe us an explanation re: Parker
If you trolled us, just put us out of our misery, you had your fun.
How the hell does Daniher get the Bombers band 1 compensation? Surely the Lions aren’t paying him more than $500k. Overrated spud has barely played for years, as if they’re going to pay him $800k+
maybe if they stand infront of the AFL in their "POWER STANCE" they will get the pick 2 compoSounds like someone needs to go on a camp
Everytime of flag this I get laughed at but honestly this makes the most senseI can’t understand why Crows just would t take pick 20 or whatever it works out to be as compensation and then bundle up pick 20 and a couple of later picks for 15 and Dunstan. It’s a win win for both clubs and both players

dNo worries champ, don’t think you should be using profanity.
I will leave it as I get nothing out of your posts that I have not already read or know.
but its not dropping on players ... the AFL gives the Crows the free hit to match .. thats out of our control ..the cost has been agreed to but we also have a duty to ensure he arrives at his destination.
you start dropping players and not following through on making sure that happens then you're going to cop a pretty bad image from player managers
Or he was standing near a saints supporter while he <redacted>What does this even mean?
Are you implying your mother is a Saints supporter?
At least he’s giving it the good old college try.How is this campaigner still allowed in here?
