His first full stint as an OC. He did some good things with Gibson and McKissic, tho McLauren took a step back. Seems limited to focusing on RBs who catch passes and WRs who take carries. He may evolve this year tho?

He could, I'm just saying on the evidence we have don't jump to any conclusions. Yes, RB dump offs were one of his favorite things in Carolina too, that's why I say I rate Gibson as the man. If he becomes a passing target a bit more in year two you're sitting on a gold mine G.
