Had a girlfriend who worked for Kirby doing it. Was so dodgy, purely commission.
Not many people were buying 4000 dollar vacuum cleaners either.

I worked for Electrolux. Ours were cheaper than Kirby's, but still there weren't many people who would buy a vacuum from someone who just happened to knock on your door.

You ever make any money? Kirby used to say there were people making 6 figures year but were full of shit

Change in vaccine eligibility in Victoria:

Victorians aged 40 to 49 years will be able to access to the Pfizer vaccine at state-run vaccination sites. People aged 40 to 49 years receiving the Pfizer vaccine must book an appointment by calling the Coronavirus Hotline on 1800 675 398 – and can do so now – this is essential as not all vaccination centres will have the Pfizer vaccine available.

Victorians aged 50 years and over will continue to receive the AstraZeneca vaccine, either through a state-run vaccination centre or a participating GP clinic. While many vaccination centres are accepting walk-in appointments for people aged 50 years and over, bookings via the 1800 675 398 hotline are preferred.

&

Despite the booking issues, Victorian Health Minister says people do need to book for Pfizer (if they are eligible) because of supply issues:

With the nature of the Pfizer of vaccine, we do require people who are eligible, now 40-49 year olds to book, and we ask you to do that through the phone system.

In regards to the AstraZeneca which is in the ... pharmacies and with primary healthcare providers, you would need to book with your GP.

We would encourage you to either phone or walk up if you are over 50 for the AstraZeneca.

So under 50 - book. Over 50 - you can walk in

Speaking of deliveries, I bought something online a few weeks ago, and the tracking said it would be delivered today, which worked out fine. Turned out they tried to deliver it on Monday, which is the only day I'm working at the office. Been trying to get them to re-deliver it ever since. Called this afternoon and they said they'll try and re-deliver it tomorrow.

Honestly I just use the closest parcel locker to my house or my work. Then I can pick it up when it suits me. The one closest to my house is located at a sorting centre so I get most things a day early because it doesn't have to wait til the next morning to load it up on the truck, instead they drop it off at the locker at 5pm
