or 42 or 47 let's say...Best kid in the draft could be pick 53.
Shows how highly you rate him if thats what you would offerJust dropping by to say wow - what a play from the crows for an unproven kid. But let me explain very few players ever have attracted a cost of 3 x 1st rounders with 2 of those offered by the crows likely to be top 5 picks - a massive haul...however after watching the South v Glenelg prelim, Horne Francis is something very special and I commented on your board that no offer would tempt you guys and so it seems. All the best with him, he looks like he will be an absolute ripper and maybe we need to look at who the best tagger projects to be with one of the 3 x 1st rounders as someone is going to have to run around after him for the next 10-15 seasons when we play you guys![]()

Don’t ya thinkIt would be ironic if we traded away pick 1, after trying for years to lure in a marquee player from another club.
Yeah, it sounds unbelievable until you actually look at properly.
Precisely the problem - nobody reads the fine print anymore!
Ffs just trade pick 1 for mason Coxalready[emoji849][emoji849][emoji849][emoji849]PLAYERCARDSTART18Mason Cox

Yeah I think NM could quite feasibly have taken that. Adelaide could quite easily have another top 5 pick next year, plus whatever Melbourne have in the late teens.Pick 4 plus 2 1st rounders of a rubbish team is a massive ******* haul.
Rather have that problem than have a poo midfield for the next decade..The elephant in the room is, we are likely going to lose at least one of our young talented mids in the next few years.
Simpkin, LDU, Phillips, Powell, Thomas, JHF
Two followers, one in the middle, two wingmen and I am not sure any in that group have the traits to be an elite wingman. Who wants to be the depth player?
Probably a good problem to have, but, a problem nonetheless.
Do you reckon that we could swap them all back... 42,47 and a future 4th for our future second back?Another way to look at is I thought Taz and pick 40 would be fair
On top of that we’ve done a future second for 42,47 and a future 4th
Think I’d rather the future second over those but will wait to see if we trade up with 42 and 47
Taz & CCJ crap deal to me. Better be something else.

I mean, that would be logical, but knowing us it will be a prospect ruck at 20 and a left right out at 40As annoyed many are over the picks, we still got Edwards for a nothing msd pick and we are getting the best kid in JHF as well as a kpd at 20 and a small forward/hb around the top 40. Got to look on the bright side of it, even though it isn’t the best result.

Don’t think it will happen
Three on ball, one on wing, one half forward, one on the bench and all of them rotating. 83% game time for everyone. Happy days. The elephant in the room is, we are likely going to lose at least one of our young talented mids in the next few years.

Didn't we just trade our future 2nd to Richmond?Cheers, just saw the headline. You're right.
How? It's likely we would only give up a pick around 38-40 after you consider the draft points index.Adelaide will probably get Dawson cheaper then we got CCJ how frustrating
