C4 isn't infallible guys, he's had some wrong before.

It's a different arena to getting selection info from TMS, TAFKATMS or the other guy that was good in that area. Trading isn't fixed and there'd be numerous that would be looked at but never see the light of day be ause the current club coughs up the extension or other moving parts kill it off.

Edit - thinker it was. Hit me as soon as I hit post.

If you're struggling to sleep, you should try reading your posts, that'll help.

And only a week or so ago you proudly boasted that the only posters you had on ignore was EC and me. But I'll ask you, is it ok for me to post at 3am, sometimes I've had 7 hours sleep by then and wordle only takes a few minutes at most.

Mate from my perspective you are a smart guy and extremely passionate fan who can offer great insights at times but just I personally get worn down by the CONSTANT and REPEATED negativity and criticism. Just making the same negative points over and over again. We aren’t stupid and understand it the first time the point is made. The almost complete lack of balance. The club does do some things right and we are all want to improve and get far better and I think overall the last 2-3 years we are on an upward slope again. Surely you and the other constant negative posters can find some happiness or joy with the club? For your own personal sake, I genuinely hope you can.

We are all passionate Crows fans here and just think we get caught up in a lot of negative behaviours on this forum. The niggling each other and small feeble one on one battles that ruin threads. If posters want to be keyboard hero’s and belittle each other perhaps take it private so the rest of us can avoid it because it adds absolutely no value to own own experience on the site having to put up with this and read all this crap.

not if Richmond are already offering a contract that presumes his continued progression towards A gradedness. Tigers might have $800k on the table now whilst we're saying 'no, not yet, you need another really good year and then we'll reconsider what you're worth'. He wouldn't be the first we've lost because they've been offered expected value over current value.
We would match it if we needed too. I can't see him uprooting his life here for the same money. Walker (along with Sloane) are likely retiring next year and Fog would know that. He will get paid. All in good time.

Had a LOT of versatility in his draft year, capable inside/outside and can get forward. Pies used him in his first year on the wing, and I personally thought he looked pretty good.

Just surprised a 193cm versatile midfielder, who is still only 19, would have been persisted with a bit longer.

Carmichael coming in got games straight away as an inside mid, so they clearly don’t rate him much there. My guess is players like Sidebottom came back into form and pushed him out coming into the season.

Decent stats in the VFL, certainly worth a crack if we have the list space

Perhaps not this year. Any player that goes out we need points back for and list spots will be a t a premium. Out of contract next year May be a good get

I think you might be overrating Carmichael

Missed your point? I said no to Poulter as we won’t have space and need points for MM

Nothing re Carmichael

My bad .....thought the discussion was re Carmichael ....Poulter has struggled this year, not sure he's been recontracted for next, although I stand to be corrected

i certainly hope so. But I would need to be convinced how rooted his life is in Adelaide for that to be a factor. Being from the SE, there's potentially not a lot of difference to being in Adelaide or Melbourne. If he is getting offered big $ by Tigers then we'll likely need to match now, if we don't show commensurate faith in him, then that plants the seed of doubt. And it's not like we can use a tight cap like we did with Gov.

We just need to pay the important players. If we lose some less important players along the way so be it. Fog is an important player.

As it currently stands he’s going nowhere, book mark it

I think there might be some delistings worth the spot that would get freed up on the rookie list if we don't persist with Turner or we LTI.

Not amazing footballers or anything, but Poulter or Francis might be easy to grab then.

Do we get to replace LTIs during the draft periods though? I assumed it was only an in-season status that allows a MSD selection or in the old days, elevation of a rookie. Not an extra pick in the off-season drafts.

freeing up the list spots to have multiple picks to cover the bid will be a challenge. I think we just accept going into deficit for next year.
If we walked rankine to draft we would have an extra list spot!

Over to you GC to make us a offer low enough to offset this need for us
