I’d love Cadman or Sheezel too - but it’s looking super unlikely now.

Even Clark (who I understand we like) is not looking good now that Geelong have pick 7 (they also really like him).

Unless we pull a miracle, I can see us positioning the Jackson picks to get as high as possible in next years draft.

I just can’t see how we get a top pick this year - even with Jackson going.

IMO only s**t clubs trade their picks forward unless there is a superb deal on offer. Much rather get a kid in the door now, get a year of development into them, and have them ready for best 22 footy sooner to extend our window.

I'm warming big time on Cadman, having read more about him. Him or Sheezel. We need someone who knows where the goals are. In an ideal world, we'd trade whatever we get for Jackson onto GWS, Essendon or GC for pick 3, 4 or 5. Sounds like the big bodied mids are fancied early, meaning an early pick could leave us the best young forward.

As an example, pick 13, Freo's F1, North's F2, and our F2 for pick 3 and GWS F2.
