Is anyone listening to Russell on SEN talking about scenarios on trading pick 1 out and you would trade it out for 2 1st round picks, then throwing up picks like 8+9 / 4+18 etc?

WTF is this guy on? Pick 1 is a premium and if you want to have the first pick of the draft, you would have to include a future first or another first. Points value is irrelevant.
3 + 12 wont even cut it!
That's like saying I'll trade you my Outlander & Camry for your Tesla.

Dwayne is good if you think the drunk idiot bloke at pub watching the footy on his own talking to himself is entertaining.
We lack top end talent in the analyst and commentary departments of media companies for AFL
Posters on Big footy know more about stuff then some of the blokes that get paid to spit trash.

Also any danger of getting some good commentators in, you know it's a problem when we have to look forward to Brian Taylor commentating our games as opposed to Hudson, Darcy, not to mention Daisy and her blatantly obvious, half asleep antics.

Sandy Roberts, Bruce (90s Bruce not the latest version), Dennis Cometti... what happened to the standard.

GWS are going to have way too many picks for spots on their list. The 100% will be looking to package up a few of them. If we get 2, then would def look at 3 of those firsts. Dangle one I. Front of Stk for hunter and/or try to move one into next year.

Wouldn't be surprised if they either packaged them to move up into the top 10 or trade some out for future firsts.

What has Twomey been smoking this morning. Thinking Port don’t need to trade anyone to get the deal done.

Their current draft hand after pick 8 is picks 33, 43 & 53.

Considering they won’t be able to trade their future 2nd if they trade their future 1st. How on earth does this satisfy North or WCE

What was his suggestion?

Ned: "Hey Geelong you're only paying him $100k per year?.."
Cats: "Yeah Neddy boy, he'll be visiting Hungry Jacks a lot when he moves to our town wink wink"
Ned: "oh yeah, just like Jeremy Cameron and the others eh?.. so sorry I completely "forgot".."

GWS are giving up 3, 12, 15, and their F1 (probably top 10 in a stronger draft) to move up 2 spots in a draft where there's a pretty even top 4?
You've gotta want it

Watch Cooney steal this bad boy

NM: 2, 3, GWS F1, Port F1
Port: JHF
GWS: 1
WC: 8, 12, 15

My main question is why are GWS getting involved? My second is why are Port not giving up anything else?

We could do both of these trades independently.

Agree its a lot, driven by all the talk they want Cadman and needing to satisfy WC

Could drop one of theirs for a Port 2nd maybe

But if they're only getting pick 1 which is our asset why would we give those picks to West Coast?
