How much do St Kilda need to add to pick 9 to get pick 1?

Pick 9 + Hill + Clark + Long = ???
Would be negligent considering how much the draft falls away after the top 5. The only club that I'd be doing a trade re Pick 1, is GWS so that we can get Pick 3.

Saints Clark? What do you guys think? I haven't seen too much of him. I love the fact we are chasing defenders. Recognises our biggest need.
Very good skills
Rated him highly in his draft year still do

Good mates with LDU also, played rye juniors together then stingrays and Vic and aus

Can we please park the priority pick stuff?

If it hasnt happened already, there is serious doubts over us getting anything.

We might get access to state league players, but it wont be anythign substantial in way of draft picks.

MAYBE additional 3rd round pick

It’s been said many times already that it will be decided grand final week when the AFL commission sits.

We’ll get something, and an end of first/start of second would be the minimum I would imagine.

Us being linked to players makes it even more likely, as the AFL would presumably like to see any picks we are given flow through to other clubs for developed players.

They will decide during GF week and most likely be made public Monday after the GF like they did with the GCS. We have not missed out yet. Was never going to happen this early.

I just want to know were are we getting all this trade capital from? Maybe the AFL are going to give us 6000 points worth of extra picks? It seems fanciful though...we need Caro to call it a pipe dream to make it happen.
That's probably why we didn't delist Turner yet, hoping he can be used in a trade ;)

Clark’s foot skills are appealing, but he has had an awful run with injury hasn’t he? (Few concussions too I believe). I wouldn’t be giving up too much.
His injuries were mostly all freak incidents, though. It's not as if he has a poor hamstring. It's basically all from getting smashed on field.

Directly giving us the ammo to land Logue, Tucker, Hill and Clark would serve exactly the purpose of the PPs. Our best 22 would become solid and very competitive.

Four Fremantle players are expected to request trades out of the club once their season comes to an end.

Griffin Logue (North Melbourne), Rory Lobb (Western Bulldogs), Blake Acres (Carlton) and Lloyd Meek (seemingly GWS) will all be out the door, despite “scurrilous” speculation to the contrary, says Kim Hagdorn.

Hagdorn reports that the quartet and their management have gone quiet simply to focus on the club’s upcoming Semi Final clash with Collingwood and potentially more finals beyond that.

“Fremantle has gone back to Logue with an increased offer, but it is nowhere near the offer that is on the table from North Melbourne for Griffin Logue,” he told SEN WA Drive.

Griffin Logue, a really good offer for four years at North Melbourne, it was an increased offer from Fremantle, but nothing like what he’s going to get in the eastern states.”

It will be an off-season at change for the Dockers, with veteran David Mundy’s retirement on top of the departing quartet.

Other players linked with a trade include Joel Hamling and Darcy Tucker.

How many ruckmen do gws need

  1. hill
  2. Logue
  3. Long
  4. Bruhn
  5. Clarke
Have I missed anyone?

Cripes, be a few nervous north boys I reckon.

It is like Clarko has stumbled upon a Palantir.

Saints board genuinely believing that Pick 1 will be traded for Clark, Long & Hill :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

Also claiming that Clark has the same trade value as Cerra :tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy::tearsofjoy:

I severely doubt we'll trade for two of those players, let alone all three.
