Agree. No the guy the Bombers (?) got him to ask for a trade to them and then wouldn't trade with the Dogs. he had two years left on his contract. OOC at end of year.
McRea is getting a huge increase and this guy might get poached.

Are you referring to the guy who totalled all those parked cars in Middle Park a couple of years ago ? Hunter ?
Parking around Moorabbin isn't so bad so maybe it works ?
My word is that a different Bulldog midfielder who would suit us to the ground may well be gettable. Name is not Bont, Mcrea, Smith, or Libba
At the right price though which was the lipinski argument from memory with bulldogs supporters coming on and talking him up. Anyway we need to leave no stone unturned to add the right pieces to this list. Imo using our high draft picks is a must though they should be untouchable.Rhylee West might be a bit of a Lipinski. Runner up in the Liston trophy and his dad is fuming that his career is being mismanaged as a medical sub.Way behind in one of the best midfields in footy.

Isn’t the story going around that he’s of to one of the SA teams, his partner has signed to play netball and he’s keen to follow. No the guy the Bombers (?) got him to ask for a trade to them and then wouldn't trade with the Dogs. he had two years left on his contract. OOC at end of year.

Dunkley OOC this year according to peeps on here. Not sure about free agency status. Maybe offer up Hayes for him ? They like our tails. You'd imagine so. He's obviously out of favour there. he's a bit Crouchy to me. He's a good solid player but then he's like the stand that holds up their diamonds too I guess. Maybe out of the shadow of their guns he'll shine too. Otherwise it's another go at extracting Josh Dunkley. Is he a FA this year?
Not a free agent unfortunatelyDunkley OOC this year according to peeps on here. Not sure about free agency status.
Has not got enough games up or time at the Doggies to be a free agentDunkley OOC this year according to peeps on here. Not sure about free agency status. Maybe offer up Hayes for him ? They like our tails.

OOC. If he moves probs to SA, but do they want him?Not a free agent unfortunately
Do the Josh Bruce and offer them pick 56 or what ever it was.
It never made sense to trade a contracted key for peanuts. He wanted to shift after being offered plenty and they clearly rated him given the offer. The only piece of that puzzle that didn’t make sense is what we accepted and despite the various explanations of us needing a pick etc it still doesn’t.I still don't get that .
We shopped Bruce around ...did we NEED to trade him?
Since when does a key forward with his ability trade for so little.
It's like ....
"Maaaate....how much for the Navara".
"I wouldn't mind $40 000".
"Well i really wanted a Hilux".
"I've got a new Hilux but i'm not selling it , just the Navara "
" I'll take it off your hands for $20 000".
" well......its still a good ute, but OK. "

Maybe the men just want to be supportive in a way that seems unfamiliar.Really... not to belittle Netball, but that's like moving interstate because your kid will get more Auskick games.
Ok it is to belittle Netball. Its nowhere near the profile or the money of AFL.
But sheesh , what length contract is she supposed to have?
I guess its a bit like the Treloar situation but it seems like the tail is wagging the dog, or are the AFL boys actually the WAG's these days.

It’s over when we’re winning games and the list looks good, until then it’s just another example of why don’t look anywhere near it.It's over.
Yeah could make the argument that he'll earn about the same wherever he plays, but for her the choice of club could be huge.
OK but i wouldn't be wanting a club to give up anything at all in trade for a player in that category.
Not because she isn't deserving of it.
Simply out of club interest, high risk to want to go somewhere else in a year or two.
And your point about earnings may not be valid.
It seems fairly regulated at the top level.

League lands landmark pay deal
Australia’s top netballers will earn up to 22 per cent more and remain the highest-paid female domestic club athletes in the country, with Netball Australia, the Australian Netball Players’ Association and the eight Suncorp Super Netball clubs agreeing to a new pay deal. In a two-year deal that...supernetball.com.au
