"The Swans agreed not to match a bid from a (Victorian) club for him, only if (the bid) came from a side outside Victoria.

Smells like draft tampering

Mutineer I have seen some articles now with Essendon interested in Curtin, and Watson falling to 8 or 9. If he was there at our pick, would we be delighted? Or pass him up because of needs?
My take is I could not select him fast enough BECAUSE he is very high end talent first and foremost BUT he also works structurally for us as he goes forward and does magical things there and that frees up Rachele,. Rankine and Pedlar to be much more midfield which is a huge win going forward. So if he is there at our pick, just take him and thank your mother for the rabbits

Like he sort of fell into footy reading his comments...hoping he really does have the drive for it at the elite level
This worries me - McAsey vibes
"If it doesn't work out, I can always go back to basketball, but that game sort of set them part, just that experience and getting to play on the MCG.

Moir v Goad will be interesting.

If both are there then for me it's Goad - just

I just think Goad does a few things with pressure on RoB being the most important.

Moir has talent but we are 'stacked' with half forwards

Moir blaming his form on a misdiagnosed hip problem. He's raring to go now and talking himself up.
What do we think? Has he played the injury for tanking advantage? Should we prioritise him over a ruck?

He seems to be a WC fan, with family in Perth. WC and Carlton apparently interested.
So that's now WC, Carlton, Syd and Bris with interest.

Just looking at all the picks the clubs have got, I'd say that puts Moir going somewhere 31-40. For example I highly doubt Bris are going that much risk/reward with their first pick of the night( assuming no trading up) but they might use their second pick on him.
