In all my years of going to the footy (almost 3 decades) the 1995 State of Origin game (EJ Whitten Lap) was the coldest game I have ever been to (and I was a veteran of many trips to the old girl in the East VFL/Waverley Park)

I don't know if it's a global warming thing or I have reached middle aged grump man status, but today honestly seems colder than any of those occasions I mentioned (and Waverley Park was a Tundra !)

Eddie's idea of putting a roof over the G seems a tad appealing right now lol
