Off the top of my head? Lachlan Carrigan.
Carrigan seems a likely type. Still at RFC VFL?

Looks like it's down to Markov or Cincotta....

Cincotta is a great story. Plenty of adversity early. Everything geared to obtain his dream of becoming an AFL player. Been a rock in our reserves defence for a while now. His second tier form, at least the level of Markov’s. Doesn’t have that level of pace, but is no slouch.Looks like it's down to Markov or Cincotta....

I know the family very well and played footy with Lachie for a long time. They're massive Carlton supporters and I would absolutely love to see him get picked up, albeit rather unlikely.Off the top of my head? Lachlan Carrigan.
Prefer Markov, has a couple more points of difference, namely elite speed and endurance and is a more attacking type that breaks lines
But wouldn't be displeased with Cincotta, as he still has some run and carry and would have more defensive consistency
Could this be an option? Would Boyd need to go onto the LTI list also?Actually, with Williams gone for the year and Boyd likely to be out until the 2nd half of the season, I would add both Markov and Cincotta
Markov has the speed and endurance to play on a wing
fyi.Looks like it's down to Markov or Cincotta....

Unless they've changed the rule over the past year, unfortunately it's season ending...would have been nice to grab both players but not to be.I believe anyone that is out for 10+ weeks, you can add another player to the list, but it's ambiguous as it stemmed from the old rookie rule.
That rookie player being elevated if a main list player was out for 10 weeks or more

"A club is eligible to select a Rookie Player during the SSP or MSRD as follows:
- If a club has a rookie list spot available
- If a player suffers a year-ending injury or retires, the player can be placed on the Inactive List and be replaced by an SSP or Mid-Season Draft Rookie Player."

One's a Lightening quick rebounding defender that is there to break lines and great kick. Stocker wasnt playing ones and couldnt run out that last final we played, having blown up during the 3rd quarter. Tough comparison.Liam Stocker would have been the obvious next man up for Williams.
Going by your logic unless we have Zac Williams to replace Zac Williams it’s not going to be sufficient. Dumb logic. One's a Lightening quick rebounding defender that is there to break lines and great kick. Williams is elite when going. Not sure Stocker was ball park next man up let alone 'obvious'
Stocker was a hard nut but a long way off. We don't have a ready made replacement with Williams leg speed and disposal. Boyd would have been the likely next one up....
I'd rather a player who plays to team rules and structures.Going by your logic unless we have Zac Williams to replace Zac Williams it’s not going to be sufficient. Dumb logic.
What I am suggesting is that Stocker is a better option than Markov (twice moved on), Concotta (26 and yet to make an AFL list), or other options we might be investigating.
Know who I would rather have on the list to play half back.
Looks like it's down to Markov or Cincotta....

I think we've already got half back covered fairly well. Trying to select a new ready made Williams replacement, with Doc, Newman, Kemp, Plow, Cowen and hopefully Boyd in the second half of the season available (maybe Fog?) seems reactionary.Seems like we really want the like for like replacement who can play the role we had earmarked for Williams and free up Doc for the midfield. So the choice becomes between someone who has been around the environment and knows the system versus someone who has done it at AFL level for several seasons. No matter who we pick, they could be in the frame for round one.
