I wonder if Dow is on SOS’s radar. Another lazy 40 disposals in the reserves. I understand the knocks but I reckon RTB would find a role for a bloke that wins his own footy and plenty of it and is a bit of a clearance beast. He would come cheap.

SOS has a rep for raiding his past clubs talent, although the players he grabbed from the Giants to the Blues weren't that great, so hopefully we do a little better there.

My feeling now is that there's far greater value in having 1 or 2 spots open for the MSD or SPP than trading capital for GOP's. Just try and move later picks up the draft and get more quality selections.
Every year there's a Stocker type looking for a home and a Hammer type that missed a draft from injury.

He's probably a depth mid for most teams outside of some maybe going through a rebuild, maybe Hawthorn, Gold Coast (love a fringe player) or West Coast. His kicking seems limited and he's not a big enough body to run with most mids.

King deal would likely be very similar to Jackson who was also ooc. Currently it’s looking like freo gave up a pick 5-8, Pick 13 and 22-27 but it’s amplified by freos poor form.

The deal would be around stk 1st & 2nd 2023, stk 1st 2024. Essentially approx pick 14, 14, 32. They would clearly want us to find them a top 6 pick and fair enough, might have to combine a couple of firsts.

I’d be comfortable with that given our hits at the draft recently. Two best key forwards by a mile with the best coach by a mile is pretty ideal.
