Open training session and all the focus is on whi is injured

Must be sad for people to only focus on the negatives in life

Personally, this team is no longer reliant on a handful of players to drive success
Even Kane Cornes on fireball Friday mentioned that we went 6-1-0 without Walsh last year, and was encouraging Carlton fans to not stress about pre season results and injuries

We have 1 long-term injury, to a player that i would say isnt a lock best 22

Personally I'm not worried about any other player at this stage
you'll be worried as **** and like it..........

True. And if OR didn’t exist, we’d be even better placed. But, sadly, it does. The timing is wrong for those key players like a Martin who are maybe a week away.

Walsh - not training?
Williams - training
Owies - training
C. Durdin - training
Weitering - not training?
Kennedy - training
Motlop - not training?
Marchbank - not training?
Martin - not training?

Happy to be corrected on the above - some players aren't wearing their correct numbers making it a bit tough
That’s an important group of players with question marks 😬

Weltering - we know he’ll return after a few rounds.

I don’t think we know the likely return dates for the others? ☺️

Well said Arrow.

This isn’t 2018-2021 anymore.I don’t think we can get our heads around the fact that we are a proper ‘team’ now and not reliant on a handful of players.

In saying that only JW is a huge loss in terms of structure.

Oh God not sure the purpose of repeating this statement, slightly over dramatic.
Pretty sure Walsh had a very good pre season and the fact he is back running is a positive.
Pretty sure he is on track to play R3.
A great pre season?? The point is to be ready for the start of the season. Every year this club has players missing for the start of the season. Just accept it and move on because heaven forbid we ask questions why?
Players missing the start of the season.
Walsh, Weitering, Martin, Silvagni, Marchbank, Owies, Durdin

Elijah suspended

Motlop/Williams questionable.

Hope Moir does play. Love to have a look at him.

Yes Walsh has had a very good pre season until a few weeks ago, that is fact, he is back running so again you are being overdramatic.
Had it been a normal season start mid-late March, most of these players would be available.
l would be confident most of your list will be back R2 & 3, hardly detrimental to the season.
Also need understand the fitness team have had higher training loads because of the early season start.

Kennedy will play
Williams likey
Walsh firming to play
Martin close
Motlop fine
Weitering SOS only confirmed miss

Apparently focus of last 2 games was miles in legs and getting used to hits again. We have just finished very heavy training load

All in all probably best position we have been in coming into season
