2024 WCE Squad (Updated through the off-season)

As we have had some retirements announced already I am putting up this resource in order to keep track of the list changes as they happen.

I will update this as retirements, resignings, de-listings, trades and drafts happen, all the way to the commencement of the 2024 season.

If you notice any errors please let me know.

Note: This lists players' ages at the beginning of the 2024 season. Also, games played is an estimate at this stage, I will update at the end of the home and away season.

Going by this, the average age of our list for round one next season, depending on trades etc. will likely be lower than 23.5 years old.

400k/yr performance bass contract for 2 years with triggers for a 3rd.

100k too much a year IMO even if the average wage is tipped to be 600k in a few years

Who else are we paying? Got to pay someone overs given the current state of our list.

I'm pleased we kept him, there's a fair void of players in his age bracket and has shown he can at least 'compete' at AFL level.

Im projecting as i see many people who underperform and who are overpaid and get carried by their colleagues.

I feel your pain... I guess in the real world a company doesn't need to pay 95% of a set salary cap though

Agree, he was looking fairly solid and showing some authority onfield, until sick. Needs a good preseason and consistent game time...
