You might be right, and the facts are that his family wants him home but he is still negotiating with St Kilda

It's 2 years vs 4 years imo - and his family could have a big say in that

Not sure where the assumption came from that I think every family dynamic is the same

All I’m saying is whatever decision he makes is his decision, yes with heavy influence from his family but it’s still his decision.

He’s a thought… Club know he and others are staying and a dragging it out as long as possible to ensure, the club stays relevant in a season when on field the season was over weeks ago.

It’s a business, sponsorships and eyeballs and media attention is paramount. Especially for a smaller club. So, I think he stays a long with others, and week 1 of the finals it’ll be announced. I know that’s what I’d be doing if I ran the club. Maximise exposure. Every show on radio or on T.V speaks about it, if it’s not effecting the player or the group then just keep the intrigue and suspense going.

A friend of mine optimistically suggested in a 3 person message (all saints fans), that the club could be waiting until the bye week. Keep St.Kilda relevant in a week that we have no reason to be relevant in the lead up to finals. Other mate agreed, with Bassett and co. really pushing to make St.Kilda a half notable club again.

This is assuming he signs, of course, which mightn’t be the case.

Port are a genuine rabble right now.

They can’t work out who their coach is and their captain can’t even work out who his wife is.

He’s doing his career an absolute disservice if he goes there.

I still think Nas loves the club even if he leaves so it wouldn’t shock me if he just told us to trade him to which ever club offers more in a deal just so he can get home. Not sure if that’s ever happened. Maybe im way off base.
