Apologies for any inconvenience. We will try to find a replacement.
So don’t pay him the extra 100-200k from the $1.5m net win from the Rowell situation.
Again, glad you’re not an accountant.
If I was TDKs manager I'd be lining up a back up destination. He will absolutely be part blamed for Nas leavingWouldn’t want to be TDK at the saints if we loose nas. Even though they are exactly related the media and the fans will blame him

So again.see, this is where journo's get hysterical, and it's then parroted, esp here on BF, as gospel
they hear the figure $1.7m and 7 years and go to town, $12m blah blah blah it's also not the agent's best interest to correct that figure.
but like nearly every other FA who has left, the deal is front-loaded and usually around that sum mentioned, but then smoothed out in the backend to discourage (Carlton in this case) from trying to match.
go have a look at the Daniher move to Brisbane as an example, high initial figure, then they renegotiated a longer deal and smoothed out the $

So we are paying players more like Nas the Rowell money and you are giving Windy the Rowell money. With the Rowell money you were so adamant we had and was burning a hole in our pocket.
A bit like a few on hereHe's been inconsistent most years.
I know a few posters who’ll believe this - it’s in a form of print
Rowell was $2m and Nas was $1.5m according to you.So we are paying players more like Nas the Rowell money and you are giving Windy the Rowell money.
Rowell money for everyone according to Phantom.
We’re stupid enough. There is no rubric for it. If Sydney want him they aren’t obliged to offer us anything close to a first. If Windy wants out it would get done for their second round pick. Probably pays for Aleer.
I think Windy is under rated on this forum. Good player who is important to our future. Should be captain IMO as early as next year.No other team is gonna pay him that much, I like the guy, but that's a lot of money for his output so far.
Champion player, but as sharp as a cylinder full of paper clips.A nice, uplifting read for your Monday. Thanks Buddy. I’ll be crying myself to sleep now.
Log off for an hour and we are loosing nas, windy, Wilkie and Steele. Pack it up
It's just a nothing tweet though. There's been rumours around 3 of them all year and I don't see the club letting Wilkie leave. There's a pretty realistic scenario where 3/4 of those players are not on the list next year, tbf

Marshall, Wilkie and Steele are all contracted until the end of 2027.
This sort of shit is just embarrassing for the dolts who broadcast it.
