He also distanced himself from list management.
Aside from that has he said he discussed the list strategy? I havent seen it (noting i dont follow a stack of the AFL media).

Id also add even if he spoke with the senior leaders that doesnt mean some discontent cant grow anyway, it also doesnt mean that Windy isnt just looking at numbers alone and thinking he should get a few extra bucks.

Its all unknown and ive said im backing the club but none of this is some wild ass conspiracy, its all pretty obvious potential side effects.

This is a big problem with NGA. Sam Marshall was an NGA but played at Sandringham. Tom Steinfort was in our zone but moved schools and suddenly he is a Geelong NGA.

It's such a horrible rotten system, how such a large organisation can just make up stuff on the fly never ceases to amaze me.
