This has a Buddy all over it, he will go to Crom.

FWIW a good mate of mine, from the Saints, was talking with me this afternoon about what we might be able to extract for him.

He also does not post on BF.

He was talking Rozee, Dawson, Butters types, that’s how we will position ourselves if he hits the frog and toad.

This will not be a walkover, so get used to it. It’s the new AFL.

Unless the Rozee rumours are true they aren't offering any of those guys.

I don’t know what is more concerning. The fact people believe this or the fact somebody wakes up and decides to make such bullshit statements on a forum to mess with people. Christ almighty.
Jeez mate settle down. Nothing the poster said is that wild, didn't even say he's staying or not, just relaying a personal story. They've had the account for 11 years, it's clearly not made up. People need to calm down.

In a crazy world where rozee wanted out, would we take him as a straight swap for nas?

It’s unders but it’s probably the best and most realistic outcome of a very unrealistic circumstance

It would be alright if we could extract a pick or player as well. If Rozee goes it's because his reputation is tarnished.

I had my account for 10+ years before sending people down to training

He's not a KP at all, he's more of a Mason Wood where his size made people assume he was.
I agree. And his kicking skills alone are not enough to get a game. He is too slow and/or not agile enough, for many positions.

His main hope would possibly to improve his intercept marking game. Though Tauru if he stays in the backline may have that position locked up.

Wilkie will be locked in by the club and should retire with us. I would be surprised if he is not Captain next year.

So with Wilkie, Aleer and Tauru down back, there is not a slot for Arie.

Possibly with his long and accurate kicking he could make a forward. Though the Club has not really tried him as such. Again he would need to improve his marking game to succeed in the forward line. Negative on this is he does not have the quick burst lead that you want forwards to ideally have.

So as mentioned before at present I struggle to see where Arie fits in.

However, after another season to improve both his strength and running ability hopefully he can improve enough to be good in a position.

Jeeez mate, how many times have you come on this forum with the classic “I heard through close sources” etc

Relax cobba
1. I didn’t say that.

2. I get a crap load of messages from people in private about what they see hear or have in their possession

People should be far more encouraged to speak out and share their stuff and not have to worry about people like you to bring them down.

I have more doubt on Windy than Nas, heard earlier in the year that “Ross doesn’t rate him and he knows it” would have been early March, before all the contract talk. Don’t think it’s SoS fault if we lose him, all the other mistakes that may happen I’ll blame on him though
Yet he has played every game in 2025

If Nas was at any other Melbourne club and he loves mummy, wouldn't they be in same boat
I just don’t get it.

Why are so many members of the media, and Saints fans, and non Saints fans, prepared to ignore the clear facts and simply bag the club?

If Nas goes it is not St Kilda’s fault. They have drafted a home sick kid and developed him, and developed the club, to the point where he genuinely loves the joint and everyone in it.

He’s rolled gold and worth whatever he wants. Everyone knows it.

Why then are only 2 clubs ever mentioned in regards to a trade. And they are not the clubs with the most early draft picks or salary cap space.

But they do have 2 things in common,

They’re both based in ADELAIDE.

It is so obvious and right in front of everyone’s noses. It is a family issue and nothing else.

If he does go (I think he stays) I for one will not be blaming the club, even if others do.

People just expect the worst from us. Our history demonstrates as much. That's why it's going to be such a monumental effort to bring the club up to a standard of sustained success. Not only gotta change results on field, but also opinions.

I honestly believe that's why we've never really been able to sustain success for a very long period of time. So much works against us. It's hard to change such long held expectations. Dealing with over a century of this shit.
