I’ll be honest I was fairly critical of the club winning these pointless games to get a better draft pick.

Obviously it’s unknown but to have that momentum back at the club especially after the Melbourne game could have easily swung it for him.

Feels like we need to go all in to try and push for a flag now. Sell the idea of Nas being our version of Dusty in that he can be the guy that can you can build a successful team around.

We basically have 2 years to convince Nas that leaving us will be a bad move.

For some guys it may also mean making a hard choice between taking a pay cut and staying or leaving for better money. Depends on the individual and it's a hard decision but taking less money could mean the team will be stronger and more likely to push for a flag. It's a lot to weigh up so I wouldn't begrudge anyone for leaving for a better contract.
