Now that our season is over, and news is starting to break - it's time for a fresh thread.

This thread is to discuss all things list management - trades, draft, free agency, delistings and more.
As we are now officially in our off-season, we'll be wanting to keep this thread more strictly on-topic than the previous iterations.
Be respectful. You are allowed to disagree with someone - but play the ball, not the man. Repeat offenders will have their posting rights revoked.

Free Agency Period: Friday, October 3rd - Friday, October 10th
Trade Period: Monday, October 6th - Wednesday, October 15th
AFL Draft: Wednesday, November 19th - Thursday, November 20th

My dad said he would literally take anything to see the back of Butler lol.

To be honest, Butler has been a good small forward for us. Our forward entries are atrocious, King and Higgins can't chase, so it's just Butler chasing and tackling all day, sacrificing his own game. He sometimes can seem indecisive and try to do too much because our dis-functional forward line. And recently, he just had lots of injuries. A change of scenery will be good for him. When Butler is on, it's glorious, kicked 5 goals first game back from injury as well this year.

I'm hoping SDK + 2nd round for Marshall. Trade 29 + 2nd round from Marshall's deal for a late first round pick. Draft mini-Pou or that key forward from Dragons with the knee injury. Happy days!!

Would grab it and run! I suspect even by that stage that pick range will start to come back in or do we think clubs will just stack even more picks in the 30s for the academies / FS?

He's fine, I just think we've gone past him - he's 29 next year and has started getting injured, with list spots tight I'm not sure he justifies his spot.

They've got a long rebuild ahead of them and they're choosing a terrible time to bottom out.

Yeah, I wouldn’t have been unhappy with Ainsworth, but hardly jumping around. A F2 and Durdin for him, turning 28 over summer, it’s not entirely cheap.
